High intensity small group class, maximum 5 per class. Increase whole body strength and prevent injuries. Close instruction and supervision from our Physio to help you safely reach your fitness goals.
Improve whole body mobility, flexibility and function. Utilising foam rollers, trigger point balls and mobility sticks to release knotty muscles and fascia to help you move to your full potential.
