RideFit is a cycling specific circuit class designed to strengthen your core and hip muscles to optimise your power production on the bike.
High intensity small group class, maximum 5 per class. Increase whole body strength and prevent injuries. Close instruction and supervision from our Physio to help you safely reach your fitness goals.
